High-pressure petroleum pipeline operator with eight years of frontline experience in a PSM-regulated environment. My background is in safety-critical operations involving complex systems, operational risk, shiftwork fatigue, procedural compliance, and real-time decision-making under pressure. I’m focused on HOP/HRO, Safety II, operational learning, Learning Teams, and safety culture transformation in high-risk operations. I’m especially interested in how leadership behavior, fatigue, silence, fear, and blame affect operational risk before an incident occurs. I’m looking forward to learning from and connecting with people working in human performance, operational learning, Just Culture, frontline engagement, and leadership change.
