About me
With 10 years of experience at the Pantex Plant near Amarillo, TX, Meredith has cultivated an ever-growing skill set and experience across numerous disciplines. She has earned certificates for causal analysis and HPI/HOP. She is currently the HPI lead for Issues Management, and is mentoring and training others in causal analysis, extent of condition reviews, issues management strategies, and Occurrence Reporting. She also volunteers on the Pantex Emergency Response Organization. Meredith is a natural leader, and was selected by management to attend, and successfully graduated the Pantex Leadership Academy in 2025. She lives in Amarillo, Texas, where she volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster children (CASA), and sings with the Amarillo Symphony.
