With 21 years of progressive experience in Process Analysis and Development, Chris Soto Millsaps has sought opportunities to fill her toolkit with skillsets in Causal Analysis, Six Sigma, Lean Process Improvement, Human And Organizational Learning, Event Investigation, Safety-Quality Culture Engagement, Leadership Soft Skills, and Facilitation Techniques. Her areas of expertise have been honed while contributing directly to projects and initiatives that enhance the core values of Safety, Quality, and Conduct of Operations. As a late diagnosed Autistic with ADHD, Chris has also worked as a advocate for understanding the value in deploying neurodiverse teams and fostering understanding around the differences in neurodivergent communication and processing approaches to problem solving, product development, and project management. Chris believes that through the identification of common context (when we know we are speaking from the same page) that neurodiverse teams - teams which value and allow common space for all neurotypes to contribute - can solve any challenge.
