With over 20 years of experience in nuclear operations in the U.S. Navy and the commercial sector, I have strived to build a career grounded in operational excellence. I later broadened my expertise into regulatory compliance and have since transitioned into leadership development. Today, I’m privileged to support leaders as we introduce and embed Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) behaviors, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and continuous improvement.
